What You’ll Do: Process Improvement and Optimization Analyze and optimize logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices across all logistics functions. Process Documentation and Governance Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all logistics operations. Ensure consistent adherence to established processes and documentation standards across the organization. Compliance Management Monitor, interpret, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Team Development and Strategic Support Foster collaboration and alignment among cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders. Provide strategic support to ensure the efficient and effective execution of logistics operations. Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence. Reporting and Data Analysis Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics performance data to drive informed decision‑making. Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for improvement. Customer Service and Relationship Management Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding shipment inquiries and issue resolution. Provide timely and accurate updates on delivery status to ensure a high level of service satisfaction. Systems and Process Alignment Oversee logistics systems to ensure alignment with business objectives, operational standards, and process improvement initiatives. Partner with IT and operations teams to implement technology‑driven enhancements that support scalability and efficiency. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e‑commerce. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to coordinate between HO teams and 3PL partners. Familiarity with warehouse systems, order tracking tools, and inventory processes. Detail‑oriented with strong sense of accountability to ensure timeliness and accuracy of outbound shipments. Must be open to warehouse‑based work in Bulacan, with adaptability to a multicultural and fast‑paced environment.
