POSITION TITLE: Warehouse and Logistics Manager
WORK LOCATION: Taguig City (Arca South)
WORK SETUP: Full-Time, Onsite

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in warehouse management, and a solid background in consumer electronics. This role requires hands-on management, strategic planning, and the ability to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and distribution.
– Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety targets.
– Implement and maintain effective inventory management practices to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
– Manage logistics operations, including transportation planning, scheduling, and coordination with delivery partners.
– Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
– Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
– Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow and efficiency.
– Collaborate with procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
– Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
– Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to streamline operations and reporting.
– Prepare and present operational reports to management on warehouse performance, costs, and process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
– Several years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics management, with proven supervisory or managerial experience.
– Prior experience in consumer electronics is required.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate, train, and motivate teams effectively.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in inventory management principles, warehouse processes, and logistics operations.
– Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software.
– Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
– Analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement.
– Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
– Proficiency in computers and MS Office applications.
– Willing to work onsite in Taguig (Arca South area).
