Join to apply for the IMS Developer role at Dempsey Resource Management Overview: IMS Developer position based in Makati, Philippines. Salary : Negotiable depending on work experience. Work Location : Makati. Work Schedule : Business Hours 8AM-5PM. Responsibilities Create and modify computer programs by converting project requirements into code. Test both hardware and software systems. Develop driver plugins for the connection of machines to LIS. Implement and support existing and new LIS installations. Provide technical support on computer or system related problems to internal or external customers. Resolve technical problems via phone, remote access, or onsite visit. Maintain customer loyalty and retention through good customer relations. Actively supports work improvement and/or organizational change by work and deed. Create programs for automation of processes based on requested requirements. Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time as directed by immediate superior. Qualifications Graduate of IT or related courses. With at least 2 years of related working experience. Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level. Experience in laboratory information system or related areas is preferred but not required. Minimum required experience: Programming, Technical Knowledge.
