We're Hiring: SAP Project Systems Lead | PLDT GroupAre you passionate about driving business transformation through SAP and IT solutions? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping enterprise systems that power the PLDT Group.

What You'll Do:Manage internal/external teams for application development, enhancement, and maintenance.Ensure SAP systems are secure, stable, and optimized.Evaluate and implement system enhancements and integrations.Drive continuous improvement in delivery and operations.Design and review business solutions based on best practices.Oversee development, testing, and documentation of business requirements.Conduct process reviews and ensure effective internal controls.Ensure compliance with PLDT Group standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.Mentor and develop team capabilities, foster collaboration and performance.Maintain expert knowledge in SAP functional modules and IT service domains.

What We're Looking For:5-7 years of SAP Project Systems (PS) and SAP Investment Management (IM) experience is requiredExperience in SAP and IT service deliveryExperience in leading complex enterprise projectsPreferably with Team Lead experienceStrong leadership, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple IT domains (e.g., Change, Risk, Incident Management)
