Overview

We are looking for motivated and reliable salesmen (or "Sales Account Executive") to promote and sell HOWO trucks and heavy equipment in the Bicol region. This role involves prospecting clients, presenting units, and assisting customers from inquiry to release.

The Car/Truck Salesman plays a vital role in the automotive sales industry, acting as the primary liaison between the dealership and potential customers. This position is crucial as it directly impacts the dealership's revenue and customer satisfaction levels. The Car/Truck Salesman is responsible for understanding customer needs and preferences, which enables them to recommend suitable vehicle options. Typically working in a dealership environment, they engage with customers both on the sales floor and through follow-ups, demonstrating vehicles and showcasing their features to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales experience (preferably in truck or heavy equipment sales)
  2. Experience in government bidding is an advantage
  3. Knowledge of heavy equipment or trucks is a plus
  4. Willing to travel within the province
  5. Based in Camarines Sur or Camarines Norte
Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the dealership and the customer.
  • Good understanding of automotive products and the ability to effectively convey their benefits.
