A Little About Us
Höegh Autoliners is a global player in Ro/Ro deep sea transportation services and operates the greenest fleet in this segment. The company owns and operates approx. 40 Pure Car and Truck Carriers (PCTCs) in global trade systems, making around 3 000 port calls yearly. Managed from a worldwide network of around 16 offices, our main customers are major manufacturers of new cars, heavy machinery and other rolling stock. We are working towards a goal of zero emissions by 2040 and have an exciting roadmap to achieve this.
Our team is in Makati office, and you will work on a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days working from home, and 3 days on site.
- Supervise the daily operation of the Competence and Quality Assurance department in accordance with company standard procedures and routines.
- Collaborate closely with the Competence and Quality Assurance Manager in the implementation of the company's Competence Assurance System philosophy in a systemic and cost-effective manner.
- Facilitate HFSP in-house training courses and seminars as the instructor.
- Ensure that training activities, training plans, and certificates are encoded in the OCS in a timely manner.
- Organize training, conferences, ceremonies and other related events/activities.
- Coordinate the development of new training courses or the updates of existing training courses with vendors.
- Conduct system audits for offices and third party suppliers together with the CQA Manager or other dept. representatives
- Subject matter resource for SEMS related processes for HFSP
