Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social outreach. Nurture inbound and outbound leads by providing excellent customer support and guidance. Walk customers through the sales process with patience and professionalism. Build relationships with both high-profile B2C clients and B2B organizations. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Work collaboratively with the team, sharing learnings to foster growth and performance. Requirements Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) — must be clear, professional, and customer-oriented. Proven persistence and diligence in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR/BDR experience preferred). Comfortable with high-volume outreach and structured follow-ups. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and “hand-hold” customers through the process. Positive, self-motivated, and resilient attitude.
