For oursubsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, we are searchingfor a new team member as HR Site Coordinator (m/f/x).

  • Supporting new and transferred employees by coordinating their site location, service deployment, and work schedules, and processing employment requirements (e.g., Medical-Basic 5, NBI, RDT results) in compliance with documentation standards
  • Managing timekeeping operations, including biometric registration of site workers, verifying Drivers Monitoring Sheets before payroll submission, and executing payroll cash disbursements
  • Overseeing site-related administrative tasks such as planning accommodation and transportation based on manpower needs, sourcing housing units, and coordinating with procurement, property owners, and internal departments
  • Facilitating site personnel move-ins and ensuring continuous utility monitoring, including timely payment of bills and coordination of rental service vehicles, while ensuring proper usage and maintenance
  • Addressing and escalating accommodation and transportation issues, and ensuring full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements in all administrative processes

Your profile:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, timekeeping systems, and payroll coordination
  • Strong organizational skills, especially in managing accommodation, transportation, and site logistics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems and biometric tools is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
