Role Title: HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator is a dedicated and detailed go-to HR person to support Philippine operations in human resource organization. This role is a key part of the HR organization and requires delivering with excellent tactical day-to-day HR Operations and HR Administration.
Responsibilities- HR Administration and Recruitment:
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage onboarding procedures such as pre-employment activities, orientation through probationary period.
- Collaborate with Facilities and Admin, Finance, IT to facilitate onboarding, ensuring new hires have necessary accounts, equipment, and access before first day.
- Assist HR in drafting employee notices (e.g., regularization/extension of probation, terminations, bank endorsements for exiting and new employees).
- Manage offboarding processes including records management, paperwork, and asset returns.
- Benefits Administration:
- Ensure timely resolution of employee benefits concerns, claims and hospitalization; liaise with group insurance providers.
- Handle statutory benefits and regulatory compliance (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR).
- Monitor government loan applications from employees.
- Manage company-initiated benefits to ensure 100% service delivery (HMO, health insurances, allowances and other benefits).
- Timekeeping and Payroll Administration:
- Attendance and Leave management.
- Collate timesheets from business units for payroll submission.
- Partner with the Payroll Team for payroll processing, reporting, and payroll entries for employees and leavers.
- Support escalated timekeeping and payroll issues.
- HR Systems and Management Reports:
- Manage the HR JIRA Ticketing System and ensure timely responses and closures for employee tickets.
- Collaborate with HR COEs on HR Systems, Reporting, Analytics, Learning and Development, and Lever for Talent Acquisition.
- Use HRIS to maintain employee records, ensure confidentiality and generate management reports.
- Handle HR hub profile changes and employment information updates.
- Essential:
- Graduate of HR or related field.
- At least 2 years of HR and Recruitment Administration experience.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with Philippine governmental reporting requirements (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR).
- High level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Familiarity with HR operating systems is a plus.
- IT savvy.
