- Participate in training and development to remain knowledgeable about company services and updates.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and maintaining files.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies management and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to overall team objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Has an experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a front-desk or information center role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
