Duties & Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing accurate information and assistance.- Manage and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.- Maintain organized records and documentation of inquiries and services provided.- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless flow of information.- Participate in training and development to remain knowledgeable about company services and updates.- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and maintaining files.- Assist in the preparation and organization of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.- Coordinate office supplies management and maintain a clean and organized workspace.- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient communication.- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to overall team objectives.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Has an experience in an administrative role or similar position.- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a front-desk or information center role.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
