Responsibilities Source for candidates and manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from posting of jobs, interview scheduling, evaluating candidates, conducting reference checks, arranging medical check‑up, and preparing job offers. Conduct initial interviews, review applications, endorse candidates to respective department managers, facilitate job offers, and gather pre‑employment requirements of hired candidates. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market. Manage and update recruitment records and post job advertisements on various platforms. Participate in various recruitment activities such as collaborating with universities. Work closely with hiring managers for manpower requirements and update the progress of interview status monthly. Administer the onboarding of new joiners, including conducting orientations. Undertake any other duties as may be assigned. Experience Proven experience in overall recruitment cycle. At least 4 years relevant experience. Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices. Personal Attributes Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work under pressure. Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and integrity. Education Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR or Administration is a plus.
