Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, talent management, and retention strategies.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
