Job Description Government Mandated Benefits- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct candidate screenings and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure seamless communication and reporting.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, talent management, and retention strategies.
