Job Summary: The Training Manager will design, implement, and oversee training and development programs for employees at all levels of the organization. This role ensures that staff are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies to perform effectively in a fast-paced electronic manufacturing environment. The Training Manager will also monitor training effectiveness and align learning initiatives with the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs for production, technical, and administrative staff. Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with managers. Coordinate and deliver onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Design specialized technical and soft skills training modules to improve workforce competency. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Manage training budgets and resources efficiently. Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational objectives. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the company. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in training and development, preferably in manufacturing or electronics industry. Strong understanding of technical, operational, and soft skills training needs.
