Job Summary:

The Member Care Specialist is responsible for the daily operations of Member Care Section of the department, including the member concerns in SOs and NCR Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts outbound survey and telemarketing in coordination with the Member Care Supervisor
  • Conducts announcements and text blast as submitted by Sales Management Department and other departments which were approved by the board
  • Answers all types of queries and complaints of memberswith regards to PSSLAI products and services.
  • Makes follow ups to members are done for exceeding maximum limit, below maintaining balance, maturity of Time Deposit, Back to Back loan maturity, underpayment, etc.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics:

  • Bachelors/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • With 1-2 years work experience specializing in Banking, Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Systematic, organized, and resourceful
  • Flexible, courteous, and trainable, with an outgoing personality
  • Proactive and possesses a strong sense of urgency
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
