Job PurposeJOB PURPOSE
Business Development Manager works with the Sales and other significant department to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Discovers and explores business opportunities.
- Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Coordinates to Managing Director, Vice President and President related functions / task for inputs and collaboration purposes.
- Perform other task/s that may be assigned from time to time by the top management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing or related field in the same industry
- Excellent organizational skills and be proactive
