Job Description A hands‑on approach in creating and driving effective employee relations, retention and reward programs to ensure a positive studio culture with a high level of employee engagement. Attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy in employee records and HRIS system. Demonstrated experience driving process improvements with innovative HR solutions. Work with local and global HR and other key business functions contributing to business growth. Provide expertise in high‑volume recruitment, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs and employee engagement. Manage the local HR team to support business operation priorities and be ready to "roll up your sleeves" and get things done. Strong presentation and coaching skills to support global management and leadership development initiatives. Effectively manage multiple priorities while demonstrating strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Build strong partnerships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organisational and people‑related strategy and execution. Lead, develop and grow a strong HR team, providing KPI monitoring, development plans and overall work quality. Work closely with business segments to ensure consultation processes are carried out correctly and on time. Manage complex HR projects cross‑functionally. Build a strong business relationship with each department head. Actively identify gaps, propose and implement necessary changes to cover risks. Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years of HR management experience. Ability to work under strict deadlines within a complex matrix work environment. Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a variety of stakeholders. Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Experience supporting hourly employee client groups is considered an asset.
