Job Description

Functions:

• Lead his group in performing forward planning activities for the project
• Prepare a master schedule and in-charge of budget estimating for the project
• Coordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders pertaining to project design and project implementation plan
• Overall, in charge of project supervision being able to lead his staff in the execution of the project; manages project performance with regards to quality, schedule, innovation, cost control, budget planning and monitoring, construction planning and methodologies, and maintain customer requirements and expectations
• Organize his team of technical and administrative staff
• Supervise general contractors, sub-contractors, and various trade contractors and ensure these groups function coherently to achieve project objectives
• Provide solutions to on-site concerns and issues and make good decisions
• Ensure that materials, labor, and equipment utilization are maximized at the lowest cost
• Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at the site
• Prepares and submits reports periodically and on time
• Ensure that safety and quality programs are implemented diligently
• Formulate and implement site rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect
• With at least 4 years of experience in the related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia Batangas
• With solid experience in managing housing projects
• Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

About the role: The role of the Project Manager is to oversee and manage the seamless coordination and execution of projects from inception through completion, focusing on drawing approvals, liaising between departments, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality elevator solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities and Timeline for Achievements:

• First 2 Weeks: Onboarding and Familiarization, understand company processes, meet the team, initial project review
• First Month: Integration and Initial Management, coordinate on ongoing projects, manage drawing approvals, safety packs, operation manuals, and documentation; establish client communications
• First 90 Days: Project Execution and Management, oversee multiple projects, financial coordination, performance reporting
• In 180 Days: Process Improvement and Team Leadership, mentorship and leadership; client relations and project management
• In One Year: Strategic Project Management and Leadership, strategic project review, leadership, innovation and growth

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management, with focus on construction or manufacturing preferred. 1-2 years in a leadership/managerial role. Skills: manage multiple projects, exceptional communication, proficiency with project management tools and MS Office, strong organizational skills, Salesforce experience preferred.
