Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business leads, and generating sales opportunities in line with company targets.
- Product Knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively pitch and demonstrate value to clients.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and pricing, preparing proposals, and closing sales deals to meet revenue goals.
- Market Research: Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Sales Reporting: Keeping detailed records of sales activities and client interactions, reporting sales performance to management, and meeting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in corporate sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Experience in managing and growing client relationships is highly preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present products and services effectively.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and close sales at favorable terms.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to corporate clients and executive-level stakeholders.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new market trends and customer demands.
