Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and developing marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services. The ideal candidate is persuasive, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new corporate and individual client leads

· Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional strategies

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and excellent service

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs

· Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights for business strategies

· Track and report sales and marketing performance, including KPIs and campaign results

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

· Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or services industry

· Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

· Creative, proactive, and results-oriented

· Willing to be assigned at Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City
