Remote Sales Specialist - Loan Application at LeadAdvisors, Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. We are seeking a driven Work-From-Home Sales Specialist to offer cash loans and personal loans to prospective clients, guide them through the application process, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role offers a highly attractive commission structure plus basic pay, with earning potential based on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products through various channels (inbound leads, outbound calls, digital outreach).
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
  • Clearly and persuasively explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and actively follow up to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the personal loan industry.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., credit assessment, operations) to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, loans, or a target-driven environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with cash loans, personal loans, or other consumer lending products is an advantage.
  • Proficient with computers and navigating different applications/software.
  • Stable internet connection, a quiet home office environment, and a reliable computer/headset setup.
