Bookkeeper / Accounting Associate (Work From Home – Manila) Join Our Growing Accounting BPO Start-Up We are seeking a Bookkeeper / Accounting Associate to join our startup accounting BPO company based in Manila . In this role, you will be primarily responsible for financial accounting and reporting for our Swiss SME clients . To ensure high-quality performance, you will receive comprehensive training in Swiss accounting and tax laws. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Bookkeeper / Accounting Associate, you will handle a variety of accounting and finance tasks, including: Recording invoices, bills, and receipts Performing bank and credit card reconciliations Computing prepaid and accrued expenses and accrued or deferred income Calculating depreciation and amortization expenses Posting adjusting journal entries Assisting in the preparation of financial statements with supporting schedules Supporting VAT and income tax computations Performing other general accounting duties as required Reporting directly to the Accounting Supervisor ABOUT YOU Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting Information Systems CPA certification (or similar) is an advantage but not required Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (IFRS and/or US GAAP) Proficient in accounting software and tools , such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) , Xero , Microsoft Excel , and Outlook A team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision Willing to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (Philippine time) Currently work-from-home , but must be based in Metro Manila or nearby provinces for eventual onsite work Must have a stable internet connection (15 Mbps or higher) WHAT WE OFFER A chance to build your career in an exciting and growing international BPO start-up Extensive training in Swiss accounting and tax practices Opportunities for career advancement within the company Learn more about us: #J-18808-Ljbffr
