If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with unlimited potential and want to work for a proven, integrity-based company, then Qmulus is the company for you Job Description Enter and organize financial data in Excel for upload into new accounting software Process invoices, ensuring accurate coding and adherence to internal approval workflows Maintain up-to-date rent roll records Post recurring journal entries and assist with account payable and reconciliations Support the client’s accounting team in Canada by ensuring data accuracy and timely processing Contribute to administrative and accounting functions as needed during the implementation Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any course equivalent At least 5 years of recent experience in financial data entry, accounts payable role, bookkeeping, and end-to-end accounting or general accounting Proficiency with QuickBooks or any similar accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or other relevant platforms). Works independently but in collaboration with the team Organized with a strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience supporting Canadian clients (nice to have, but not necessary) Prior involvement in system implementations or migrations is preferred but not required Exposure to property management accounting processes (e.g., rent rolls, vendor payments) is an advantage Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
