Overview Jacobs Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines Join to apply for the Governance Analyst role at Jacobs . Jacobs is a global professional services firm providing full-spectrum services across consulting, technical, scientific and project delivery for government and private sector clients. The successful candidate will contribute to compliance-related responses for proposals and other sales/marketing activities, ensuring alignment with government and industry standards, and will help maintain a repository of compliance-related responses. Position is within the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, reporting to the APAC Knowledge Manager. This role supports governance, compliance, and knowledge management efforts to enable effective bid and proposal activities. Responsibilities Support sales and presales/bid teams by sourcing compliance-related responses in coordination with regional advocates Update and maintain the repository of pre-approved and vetted responses; assist in developing a repository for new regions or countries as needed Prepare and maintain trackers and dashboards for management reporting Liaise with internal teams to understand bids/projects and documentation requirements Understand Jacobs’s sales environment, policies, and procedures Understand Salesforce CRM platform to communicate with teams and maintain records Support the team in the absence of Governance Associate/Manager and ensure business continuity Qualifications Relevant experience in legal or paralegal domain Bachelor's degree in law is required Experience in knowledge management is beneficial Experience working on SharePoint sites is beneficial Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is beneficial Familiarity with Salesforce or similar Sales CRM systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support multi-location project environments Benefits and culture We value collaboration and believe in a culture of caring.
