We are seeking a skilled Citrix Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing Citrix environments to ensure high performance and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of Citrix technologies, deployment processes, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize Citrix environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Citrix infrastructure.
• Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and provide Citrix solutions accordingly.
• Document all Citrix processes and configurations for future reference and audits.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on Citrix technologies and best practices.
