The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing Citrix environments to ensure high performance and reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of Citrix technologies, deployment processes, and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and optimize Citrix environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Citrix infrastructure. Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance. Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and provide Citrix solutions accordingly. Document all Citrix processes and configurations for future reference and audits. Ensure compliance with security and operational standards. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on Citrix technologies and best practices. Qualifications: Job Qualifications:Qualifications:Required Skills:Proven experience in managing and optimizing Citrix environments. Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
