The Workday Process Analyst plays a key role in optimizing and standardizing HR processes across the organization. This role focuses on analyzing, mapping, and improving Workday‑related workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. The analyst collaborates with HR teams, Shared Services, Application Support, and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and support digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Process Mapping & Analysis Conduct end‑to‑end reviews of Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Talent, Absence) Document current‑state and future‑state workflows using process mapping tools Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for automation Develop and implement standardized Workday processes across business units Ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements Collaborate with support teams to embed best practices Data Field Mapping & Scrubbing Map data fields across Workday modules to ensure consistency and integrity Perform data scrubbing and validation to support clean and accurate data migration or reporting Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality Stakeholder Engagement Partner with HR Business Partners and functional teams to gather insights Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support process adoption Documentation & Change Management Maintain documentation of process maps, SOPs, data dictionaries, and change logs Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on progress and impact Reporting & Insights Design and generate reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools Translate data into actionable insights for HR and leadership teams Support ad‑hoc reporting needs and ensure timely delivery of accurate information Monitor process performance and user experience post‑implementation Recommend enhancements based on data insights and stakeholder feedback Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field 3+ years of experience in HR systems analysis, particularly with Workday Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and systems integration Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data tools (e.g., Excel, Workday Report Writer) Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience in multi‑site or global environments is a plus Preferred Skills Workday certification or training in relevant modules Familiarity with Shared Services and Application Support models Experience with data governance, reporting frameworks, and change management strategies We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
