Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities
- Monthly FS Consolidation for Actuals
- Responsible in the cascade of Actuals requirements (this includes but not limited to changes/updates in the reports/timeline)
- Oversight on the Monthly Intercompany Confirmation of the group and ensure the Related Party Transaction (RPT) policies/process are properly implemented across CIC.
- Validates the completeness of requirements and accuracy of financials uploaded in the Financial Consolidation System
- Validates the accuracy of Eliminations or Adjustments in Consolidated FS
- Handles the submission of FS Package to CEO and CFO
- Statutory Reporting
- Handles the drafting of quarterly and annual report for submission to PSE/SEC
- Monitors the progress of completion of audit requirements between Legal Entities and External Auditors to ensure the timeline on the finalization of Audited FS is within the deadline.
- Oversight on the reconciliation of RPT between Legal Entity's for BIR Form 1709 requirements up to submission of form to BIR.
- Account's Reconciliation review with Legal Entities
- Assist the Corporate Controller on the review of Legal Entity accounts reconciliation reports
- Summarizes the observations and recommends internal controls to mitigate the risks
- Management of Financial Consolidation System
- Handles the training for new hire/user
- Supports the Legal Entity's projects relative to the creation of reports in the system
- Manages the configuration for any changes in Org structure, cost centers, GL accounts, computation formula, elimination entries
- User Access Management including the review of the existing user access if all active
- Handles the renewal of subscription and negotiation of fees with AI account manager
- Chart of Account Maintenance governance for FS Consolidation
- Leads the standardization of mapping of accounts based on statutory requirements
- Creates and cascades the guidelines relevant to account maintenance and creation, updates of COA, cost/profit center both in SAP and FS Consolidation System
Qualifications
- Preferably Certified Public Account with audit experience in Big 4 accounting firms
- At least 3 years experience as Assistant Manager with Corporate Finance background
- Experience in Internal control background and Regulatory compliance
- Must have strong understanding of GAAP, internal control standards and extensive knowledge on statutory reporting requirements
- Knowledgeable in FS Consolidation and with experience in Financial Consolidation System and SAP
- With experience or involvement in the quarterly and annual report of PSE/SEC requirements for listed companies and with background in drafting of Management's Discussion & Analysis (MD&A)
- Ability to think strategically and implement ideas/ initiatives tactically with high attention to details and accuracy
- With good communication skills both oral and written

Job DescriptionThe Finance Manager will be a strategic partner to the Managing Director, providing high-level financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions. The role requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, proven controllership experience from multinational companies, and strong expertise in accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Taxation, and compliance with BIR tax returns and rulings. A background in the Shared Services industry is essential. Beyond overseeing finance and accounting operations and reporting, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in aligning financial strategies with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Analysis, Budget and Forecast
- Develop annual and semi-annual budgets and forecasts, provides insight that support the decision-making.
- Analyze monthly actual expenses versus forecasts, and collaborate with the Managing Director to monitor and manage costs and profitability.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of financial reports—including monthly, quarterly, year-end packages, and internal analysis—to the immediate superior for review and approval. Ensure proper and timely upload of financial data into the Cognos system in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with different Departments to gather data and alignment of information to be used in the analysis.
Accounting, Treasury & Compliance
- Monitor and ensure accurate intercompany billing and timely receipt of payments.
- Oversee timely and accurate payment of company obligations.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and secure necessary funding for all payment obligations.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing and payment of taxes, as well as compliance with government permit requirements.
- Maintain full compliance with corporate policies, government regulations (BIR, BOI, SEC), GAAP, and international accounting standards (IAS).
- Coordinate and fulfill external audit requirements within deadlines. Prepare the annual financial statements, including tax filings, supporting notes, and schedules for submission to external auditors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- Minimum 5-7 years of controllership experience gained from Multinational Companies (MNC)
- Knowledgeable in accounting processes, particularly Accounts Payable, Taxation, and Compliance with local regulatory requirements particularly BIR Tax returns and rulings.
- Must have minimum 3 years' background working within the Shared Services industry
- Experienced in SAP FICO
- Strong conceptual thinking & detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Headquarter and Affiliate FDs.
- Skilled in delivering clear and compelling presentations.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills; capable of resolving issues independently.
- Has mindset of continuous improvement
- Proficient in developing financial models and cost simulations.
- Can lead global projects and work with global counterparts.
