Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any business related
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years banking experience particularly in Credit or Lending Operations.
  • Confident in facing clients.
  • Can Drive Motorcycle or Four Wheel Vehicle with Driver's License.
  • Local of Cagayan de Oro City or nearby surrounding areas.

Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Branch Head, is responsible for maintaining quality portfolio of the assigned area and ensuring new client disbursement target set by the management is achieved through execution of the appropriate credit initiation and evaluation procedures as prescribed in the Bank's credit policies.

Sales & Marketing

  • Solicits quality and potential new clients fit for Enterprise Loans Product.
  • Sets client call/appointment and presents the product features to a prospect client.
  • Conducts initial CIBI to those clients who pass the eligibility criteria set by the management.
  • Collects and ensures the authenticity of all documentary requirements needed for credit investigation, evaluation and appraisal.
  • Coordinates with the assigned Branch Head or OIC and discusses credit packaging before presenting it approving authorities.
  • Submits call report in a weekly basis to respective branch head of the account for monitoring of pipeline.
  • Provides assistance to Branch Heads especially in attending clients' concerns about queries on different loan product of EL and its features.
