Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team.

As an Ecommerce Growth Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients, and represent CTC’s approach to media acquisition and its tools. You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations, building trust and strong client relationships.

What Success Looks Like Necessay Skills
  • Kick-off period: commit to hard work, prepare to develop high-leverage skills, take feedback quickly, deliver quality work on time, persevere, learn from repeated exercises.
  • Onboarding: align with the team, manage and collaborate with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist), maintain data integrity across Statlas, execute Prophet system for clients, build Growth Forecasts, analyze data, align marketing calendars, monitor and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs, implement tests, and contribute to strategic plans.
  • Quality of work: maintain a Delta within 5% of the Forecast, align daily with client strategy, execute Prophet system on time and with high quality.
  • Client communication: lead growth map goals, provide daily performance updates, ensure alignment with strategy and forecast, participate in weekly strategy calls.
  • Contributing back: share learnings system-wide and collaborate across teams.

Domain and Management
  • Your supervisor is Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. You’ll report directly to Joy, a mentor focused on growth strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Orientation: this role is client-facing.

  • Salary progression: First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month average $7,000. 1st year: $64,000-$76,000; 2nd year: $100,000-$120,000. Compensation depends on client load and performance.
