The Mortgage Broker collaborates directly with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored lending solutions. They guide clients through the entire loan process—from initial assessment to final settlement—ensuring a smooth and compliant experience. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate clients' financial goals and circumstances. Offer personalized lending advice and solutions. Support clients throughout the loan application process. Conduct serviceability assessments with lenders. Qualifications / Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Australian lending products, policies, and compliance. Excellent financial analysis and advisory skills. Ability to build and influence client relationships. Effective problem-solving and solution design capabilities. What's in it for you?
