Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Central Reach Experience Required) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with proven experience using Central Reach. This role is critical in supporting our operations team and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain client records and scheduling through Central Reach Assist with onboarding new clients and staff within the Central Reach platform Generate reports, track progress notes, and ensure compliance with documentation standards Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle internal communications Support billing and payroll processes using Central Reach tools Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Provide general administrative support including email correspondence, file management, and data entry Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Central Reach (this is non-negotiable) High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in healthcare, ABA therapy, or behavioral services is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
