Sales Officer Metro Manila – Responsibilities
  • Supervise a group of agents, coach, report, execute action plans, maintain utilization and day-to-day operational management.

  • Comfort communicating with all levels of management; excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented problem solving; proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritization.
  • Experience training in a classroom environment.
  • Preferably substantial personal or professional experience using smart mobile technology (e.g., iPhone, iPad, Android devices).
Sales Officer Metro Manila – Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent combination of education and experience; strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in BPO or call center environments with a focus on service delivery and process improvement is preferred.
Data Entry – Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end transaction processing; handle issue resolution to meet department and customer needs; assist with special projects as needed.
  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree; willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Data Entry – Virtual Assistant (Remote)
  • Part-time position (20 hours/week), remote with an offer starting at Php 18,000 take-home per month; schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 pm to 3:00 am Manila Time.
  • Monitor live or timed auctions and convert data into Excel; proofreading, time management, confidentiality, and effective communication with team and clients.
