In this role, you are expected to complete requests / transactions productively and accurately to meet Service Levels set by the management with the business unit. Position Responsibilities: Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit Attain Mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed Report all system issues that may affect the operations Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management Required Qualifications: With at least 1 year data/BPO experience as a requirement, undergrads with 2 years of data/BPO experience Basic knowledge with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear and concise communication Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 45 words per minute Knowledge of browsers and relevant computer applications. Exhibits good navigation skills Preferred Qualifications: Above average problem-solving skills Above average written and verbal communication skills Above average attentiveness to detail (ability to clearly understand and act on presented problem statement; to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information) Fast and accurate data-entry skills with the ability to process high volumes of work accurately Adaptable to change When you join our team: We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
