Overview DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Admin and Accounting Team Lead & Branch Manager Rebel Bakehouse is looking for an Accounting Assistant (Procurement) for the Baguio City Flagship Store with the following responsibilities: Responsibilities Purchasing & Supplier Coordination Prepare and submit daily or scheduled stock requests based on consumption and forecasts. Communicate and follow up with suppliers to confirm purchase orders, delivery dates, and discrepancies. Ensure all supplier transactions follow company purchasing policies and documentation standards. Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers and their price lists. Report supplier issues (e.g., delays, shortages, quality problems) to the Operations Manager. Inventory Monitoring Track inventory levels for all consumables, packaging, and operating supplies. Conduct daily or weekly stock checks and reconcile with records. Monitor usage trends to prevent overstocking or stockouts. Ensure accurate recording of stock-ins, stock-outs, and dispatches. Coordinate with the accounting or admin team for inventory reports. Dispatch & Stock Movement Oversee the preparation, documentation, and accuracy of stock transfers between branches. Schedule and coordinate dispatch times with drivers or logistics personnel. Ensure all outgoing and incoming stocks are properly logged and verified. Maintain accountability for stock discrepancies or damaged items during dispatch. Record Keeping & Reporting Maintain organized records of purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory logs. Generate regular inventory and consumption reports for management review. Recommend order quantities or schedule adjustments based on sales patterns and usage data. #J-18808-Ljbffr
