Schedule: Follows North American business hours About the Role: We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Accounting Generalist to support accounting operations, accounts payable activities, and month-end processes for our client’s Finance team. This role bridges operational AP work with accounting responsibilities and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity. Duties and responsibilities: Set up and maintain prepaid expenses and related schedules Review accounts payable postings for accuracy, budget alignment, and proper GL coding Prepare and analyze month-end accruals Perform account analysis and prepare or review account reconciliations Provide training and guidance to the AP team on GL coding discrepancies Monitor subsidiary accounting and reconciliation processes Develop and enhance reports and processes in NetSuite OneWorld to improve operations Provide support to the full-cycle Accounts Payable process and backup the expense administrator Assist with ad hoc accounting-related initiatives linked to AP and month-end activities Collaborate with FP&A, AP, and General Accounting teams to streamline processes Support special projects or process improvement initiatives as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred) At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience At least 2 years of Accounting experience (general ledger, reporting, or month-end close) Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes Experience using ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite OneWorld experience is an asset Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple activities Demonstrated ability to train or educate team members when required Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams Flexible and able to support special projects and evolving team needs Open communication and dedication is our key to driving success for your business- wherever you are in the world. #J-18808-Ljbffr
