Job Description As a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist , you\'ll collaborate with a Chicago-based team to process invoices, maintain payment accuracy, and ensure seamless financial operations. Job Overview Employment type: Full-timeShift: Night Shift, Weekends OffWork setup: Hybrid, Baguio CitySalary: PHP 25,000 - PHP 28,000 Exciting Perks Await Responsibilities Work with existing Philippines and Chicago-based personnel to understand all business lines and contribute to organizational success Efficiently organize and process inbound invoices and submit them to managers for approval and payment through the payables system (Strongroom) Assist in moving invoices through approval steps as needed by management Research and provide additional information on invoices in the approval process or payments made to vendors Qualifications 1 to 3 years of relevant experience High degree of comfort and fluency in English Flexibility with respect to work schedule, with overlap during Chicago-based business hours Ability to manage voluminous workloads Strong organizational skills High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software like Google Suite Nice-to-Have / Non-Essential Skills and Qualifications: Experience in property management or real estate Experience with Zendesk Experience with an accounts payable management system Customer service background Benefits Competitive Salary Package Night differential pay to maximize your earnings HMO coverage with free dependent upon regularization Prime office location in Baguio City (easy access to restaurants, banks, and public transport) Fixed weekends off Salary Advance Program through our banking partner (Eligibility and approval subject to bank assessment.
