About the Team
Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions. We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.

The Growth Business team is a scaled midmarket sales team that is part of Global Business Solutions Division. The role is directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results through consultation, education, and support. Ideal candidates will combine an exceptional ability to provide consultative selling; a passion for growing revenue; an outstanding ability to set strategic vision; and a willingness to execute the tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales and client-facing experience; problem-solving skills; attention to detail; the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
  • Drive revenue by seeking advertising & brand marketing partnerships with various direct clients and agencies.
  • Use a consultative sales approach by offering strategic media solutions across your book of business.
  • Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective markets.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Educate clients on company products and developments and guide clients on best practices to drive business outcomes

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of social media, performance marketing, ecomm and app marketing.
  • Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
  • Experience in dealing with digital advertisers from different industries.
  • Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
