WE’RE HIRING FOR A HR GENERALIST PH AT MANILA Excis is a global IT support leader driven by innovation and collaboration. We're looking for an HR Generalist PH who will support the EMEA shift under the Manila team and play a key role in managing daily HR operations, employee relations, and process improvements that support our dynamic workforce. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for handling employee case management, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and HR analytics. You will ensure smooth HR processes, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive organizational culture. What You’ll Do: HR Case Management & Employee Relations: Handle employee queries on policies, payroll, and benefits; resolve grievances; mediate disputes; develop engagement programs; analyze exit feedback. Onboarding & Training: Manage pre-boarding, orientation, buddy programs, IT/security setups; assess training needs; develop, deliver, and evaluate training materials and sessions. Payroll & Compliance: Process payroll accurately and timely; administer benefits; ensure tax and labor law compliance in the EMEA region; maintain audit‑ready documentation. HR Analytics & Reporting: Collect and analyze HR metrics; prepare reports and dashboards for leadership; support data‑driven decisions; optimize HR processes with technology. Process & SOP Improvement: Conduct HR audits; identify gaps; develop and update SOPs; implement best practices; automate repetitive tasks and track process enhancements. What You Need: Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and employee benefits administration. Excellent conflict resolution and grievance management skills. Ability to mediate and foster positive employee relations. Experience designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
