Remote Sales Representative – MCI Join MCI, a leading tech‑enabled business services company, as a Remote Sales Representative. The role focuses on outbound sales initiatives for a portfolio of high‑profile clients across industries such as healthcare, retail, government, and fintech. You’ll engage existing and potential customers, promote products and services, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship building. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Present and promote MCI products and services effectively Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources Escalate complex issues when necessary Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements Requirements & Qualifications At least 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent Prior call center experience and work‑from‑home experience Strong command of English; high speed internet and a quiet work environment required Typing speed of 20+ WPM and proficiency in Microsoft Office Basic troubleshooting and ability to multitask and self‑manage effectively Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers Must be authorized to work in the Philippines and reside within 80 km of the MCI office Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience and local market HMO coverage plus dental and vision care Performance and loyalty bonuses Allowances for rice, clothing, laundry, and meals Flexible work‑from‑home schedule and employee shuttle services Free meal during training and access to company retreats and off‑site events Location & Working Hours Remote – work from home (Philippines).
