Job Description The main responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative role spans across Lead Generation, Prospecting, Qualification, CRM Management, Collaboration with Sales Team, Appointment Setting, and Communication and Follow Up. Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and research. Proactively seek out new business opportunities for the company's products. Conduct in-depth research on target businesses, industries, challenges, and pain points. Use these insights to personalise outreach and craft compelling messaging that resonates with prospects. Assess potential leads by initiating conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. Determine if they align with the criteria for becoming qualified opportunities for the sales team. Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospects and sales executives. Manage schedules, send invitations, and ensure both parties have the necessary information for productive discussions. Maintain consistent engagement with prospects by providing relevant information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns. Follow up on previous interactions to nurture relationships and ensure a seamless experience. Record and track all lead interactions in Salesforce and other CRM systems. Keep contact details updated, log conversation notes, and maintain accurate data for reporting and analysis. Partner closely with the sales team by providing well-qualified leads and valuable insights. Share feedback on lead quality, contribute to account strategies, and suggest improvements to the lead qualification process. The Successful Applicant Experience in sales (hunting via outbound prospecting). B2B technology industry experience (SaaS sales). Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Outreach, and Mixmax. Experience in start up environments. Excellent conversational skills & ability to engage prospects and build rapport. Availability to work EST (New York) or PST (San Francisco) timezone is a MUST.
