Key Responsibilities:Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
Handle inventory management, cash control, and store reports.
Ensure implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to the team.
Maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly restaurant environment.
Graduate of any 4-year course (Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields preferred).
At least 2–3 years of work experience in food service, retail, or related industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexible to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Must be willing to be assigned in (insert area/branch).
