Trade Calendar Management & Campaign Execution- Build, coordinate, and manage the e-commerce trade calendar in line with the AU trading and promotional strategy.
- Ensure flawless execution of campaigns — including pricing overrides, coupon logic, bundles, and product visibility updates.
- Partner with the AU team to align campaign inputs, timelines, and briefs across content, marketing, and performance channels.
- Conduct QA on all campaigns and troubleshoot promo-related issues pre-launch.
- Track key on-site metrics daily, including the full purchase funnel, brand/category/SKU performance, and promo impact.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the catalogue and provide insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Flag underperformance or sell-out risks, and propose merchandising or promotional solutions to optimise outcomes.
- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance product placement, collection structure, and site merchandising strategies.
- Own and manage all e-commerce trade reporting — including weekly trade packs, brand/category performance summaries, and campaign wrap-ups.
- Provide actionable commercial insights to improve conversion, sell-through, GMV, and overall site performance.
- Maintain internal dashboards and trackers to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with AU stakeholders to inform trading decisions based on real-time performance data.
- Support the planning and execution of trade-led email campaigns — including briefing, building, segmentation, QA, and reporting.
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure targeting logic is accurate and aligned with trade priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance (e.g. OR, CTR, CVR) and feed learnings into future planning.
- Recommend product selections, promotional hooks, and testing ideas based on audience behaviour and site data.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure product and pricing accuracy in digital advertising feeds (Google, Meta, affiliate).
- Support tagging and product segmentation for campaign targeting and reporting purposes.
- Assist in monitoring campaign performance across key SKUs and categories, and identify feed issues or missed opportunities.
- Act as the daily trading contact for AU stakeholders — including brand, marketing, performance, and ops teams.
- Proactively raise trading gaps or performance flags, and follow through on resolution or recommendations.
- Ensure communication across teams is timely, actionable, and always aligned to commercial priorities.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in e-commerce, site trading, or digital merchandising — preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty
- Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen — confident working with large data sets, performance metrics, and Excel models
- Proven experience in compiling reports, delivering insights, and influencing trading decisions
- Hands-on experience with email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo), including campaign building, segmentation, and reporting
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL is a strong advantage
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce or equivalent), performance marketing channels, and analytics tools (GA, Looker, etc.)
- Extremely detail-oriented, with strong QA and execution discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident working autonomously and across time zones with Australian teams
