Overview The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. Duties and Responsibilities Drive and develop digital strategy with a focus on customer acquisition and retention on the online channels Implement, measure and evaluate campaigns across multiple channels of engagement. Your in-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Retargeting and Re-marketing will be required. Lead the development of B2C and B2B e-commerce strategies, platforms, and/or partners Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Lead the cross-platform digital strategy Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience Develop the digital marketing functions for e-commerce including content creation, social media marketing - design, build, and maintain social media presence, digital market research and analysis and evaluate emerging technologies Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Review consumer interactions, manage client data, and identify areas that can be improved Draft, present, and be accountable for the annual financial budget and targets Oversee and handle Tiktok and Livestream Management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business, or another related field With at least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing Experience in E-commerce is an advantage Familiarity with digital advertising tools & platforms, including FB/IG, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Google Ads Manager, Sprout, Mailchimp, Trello, Airtable, Canva, and related tools Adaptable and can take changes in stride and update their marketing plans with expert flair Strong team player Ability to work independently and in fast paced environments Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable interacting at various levels of an organization, up to senior management About Be Global E-Commerce Corporation Founded in 2011, Be Global E-Commerce Corporation is a pioneer in the E-Commerce industry in the Philippines offering in-house and acquired brands across all digital platforms.
