Join our growing podcast production team as a Marketing Analyst and help us bring stories to life Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time Fully Remote About the Role As our Marketing Analyst , you’ll play a key role in keeping our marketing and content operations running smoothly. You’ll coordinate promotional materials, communicate with podcast guests, and ensure that each episode gets the attention it deserves across social media platforms. What You’ll Do Collect and organize marketing assets for each show (guest headshots, bios, visuals, etc.) Communicate with podcast guests about episode releases and promotions Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms Support the marketing team in maintaining brand consistency Track timelines, deliverables, and communications to keep everything on schedule Experience in marketing, communications, or podcast/media production Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.) Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail Excellent written communication skills (especially email) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a creative team Apply here ---- #J-18808-Ljbffr
