Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday (7am-4pm) Job Responsibilities Maintain accurate and updated employee records related to permits and visas. Arrange hotel bookings, flight reservations, and transportation for employees, visitors, and guests. Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure smooth travel arrangements. Manage company tie-ups with travel and hotel partners for cost efficiency. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and official functions. Handle office supplies, facility needs, and other GA-related requests. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related course. At least 3–5 years in General Affairs or administrative work (experience in AEP/visa processing is an advantage). Familiarity with government compliance requirements (DOLE, BI, PEZA is a plus). Can work as soon as possible. Can work fully on site in Cebu.
