Campaign Deployment Specialist – Meycauayan (Remote options may be available)

Job Description

HelloConnect is a subsidiary of HelloFresh, focused on delivering customer care solutions to high-growth companies. We are seeking a Campaign Deployment Specialist to support the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team and deploy CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Deploy CRM campaigns including audience segmentation, creating messages for multiple channels (email, app, SMS, etc.), and setting up journeys.
  • Set up and localize automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Review and test campaign setups to ensure functionality (quality assurance).
  • Monitor campaign send-outs and flag issues to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team.
  • Adhere to defined QA processes and ensure campaigns are deployed on time.
  • Report project progress to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks for successful CRM deployments.
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms, with familiarity in Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Experience in cross-channel journeys (email, app, SMS); other channels a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver on time.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
  • AMPscript familiarity is a plus; not required.
  • Experience in QA for CRM campaigns and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • English communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines.
