Responsibilities Design and implement various user operation campaigns (holiday promotions, deposit bonuses, points/lottery activities, etc.) to ensure attractive and well-structured mechanics. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to launch campaigns on schedule and achieve desired outcomes. Promotions Strategy Management : Develop differentiated promotion schemes based on user segmentation and lifecycle (e.g., new user first-deposit, retention programs for existing users, VIP-exclusive offers).Optimize promotion intensity and distribution rules through data modeling and user profiling to maximize ROI. Data Analysis & Performance Evaluation : Regularly monitor the performance of campaigns and promotions, tracking key metrics such as conversion rate, retention rate, ARPU, and ROI. Provide optimization recommendations based on data insights and establish an iterative improvement cycle. Requirements Experience in operations within the internet or gaming/betting industry, with solid knowledge of campaign planning, promotion mechanisms, and user operations. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel. Good understanding of user behavior in the betting/gaming industry, with the ability to design effective strategies based on data insights. Clear logical thinking, strong communication and coordination skills, and ability to drive cross-functional projects efficiently. Nice-to-Haves Experience in large-scale gaming or online entertainment platform operations. Familiarity with user segmentation, CRM, A/B testing, and other operational tools/methodologies.
