About the Role

We are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and solid problem-solving skills to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns. In this role, you will oversee the execution and deployment of social media, search, and programmatic campaigns, ensuring that all campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded. You will collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to execute digital strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution and deployment of social media, search, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring campaigns are successfully executed.
  • Coordinate with the Performance Operations Manager for seamless digital campaign implementation.
  • Collaborate with the team to design digital strategies that contribute to meeting campaign KPIs.
  • Set pre-campaign digital media objectives and ensure that campaign metrics meet or exceed benchmarks.
  • Track and monitor the performance of digital campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather digital media requirements prior to campaign launch.
  • Produce detailed post-campaign reports, analyzing performance data and providing insights for future campaigns.
  • Keep track of and generate necessary documentation for finance and billing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and optimize campaign performance based on data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with a focus on finding solutions to challenges and optimizing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Reliable and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
