In 2023 we brewed 27,000 BBLs.Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator (Offshore) to help keep our fast-paced marketing and sales engine running smoothly. This remote role provides critical support to ensure our beer support materials, customer service inbox, sales requests, retail promotions, and beer data all move efficiently and accurately—especially during non-U.S. hours.This is not a creative or content-creation role. Instead, you’ll be the process master—coordinating, tracking, and facilitating projects across multiple tools and teams.Customer Service Support (Non-U.S. Hours): Monitor and respond to messages in the company’s inbox. Escalate customer service questions to the appropriate internal team. Use templates and FAQs to maintain accurate, friendly responses. Beer Support Material Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the Reuben’s sales team and our external design agency. Ensure beer support materials (POS, sell sheets, product one-pagers, etc.) are requested, complete, accurate, and delivered on time. Upload final files into Airtable and ensure they are accessible and properly labeled for the sales team. Retail Program Execution: Track seasonal and evergreen retail promotions and ensure all materials are ordered, designed, and distributed on schedule. Manage customer-facing components of programs (e.g., sweepstakes entry responses, winner selection coordination, prize fulfillment). Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure promo execution stays on track. Sales Support Coordination: Track inbound marketing support requests from the sales team. Circulate design drafts to stakeholders, collect feedback, and communicate deadlines. Ensure materials are delivered and uploaded to the correct systems and folders. Beer Data & Project Management: Manage Airtable databases to ensure beer stats, release info, and marketing assets are accurate and timely. Track progress of label development (from copy brief to design to approval). Coordinate across marketing, design, and web teams to ensure website pages and social assets are created and published on time.
