Learning and Development Manager – Asurion Responsibilities Lead a team of Coaching Consultants, set annual objectives, and provide leadership coaching Design, implement, and evaluate coaching and leadership development programs for frontline and professional teams Conduct needs assessments, facilitate coaching sessions, and analyze coaching session quality Facilitate or coach on new tools and resources for call center management and employees Manage cross‑functional learning and performance support projects, hold stakeholders accountable, and counsel stakeholders to solve productivity issues Qualifications Experience with call center technology, workforce management, agent productivity tools, and quality management tools Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of coaching curriculum, training design, and teaching methods for individuals and groups Strong communication, organizational, relationship building, and problem‑solving skills Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback and drive performance improvement Personal Competencies and Attributes Uncompromising honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior Inspiring, motivating, and influencing others to achieve results Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external customers Detail‑oriented with urgency to achieve results Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Results‑driven, action‑oriented, self‑motivated mindset Experienced and comfortable working in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment, handling change and ambiguity Strong relationship building and influencing skills at a variety of levels Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Legal Industries Insurance and IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
